When you know the date and time, call Susy Farr at ext 229 to make sure it is possible to get a bus.  Then fill out a field trip request form (blue). On that form is a spot to indicate that you need a school bus.  The field trip request then gets signed by the principal, assistant superintendent and superintendent.
